We have a large client base in the Northeast part of the United States – New York, Boston, Philadelphia and Providence, but we also provide services to clients across the nation … California, Texas, Florida, Georgia, Denver literally everywhere. Our national network of on-site technicians are tried and tested.

We also operate in the “Lake Geneva” area of Switzerland.  We provide English speaking technical support, advice and service to small businesses there, usually Expats.  Additionally, we provide local outsourcing services for larger organizations that have a branch or an office located in Switzerland.

Our experience ranges across many industries including, Retail/wholesale, Medical, Engineering, E-commerce, Legal, Construction Management, Environmental Services, Insurance Services, and more. We service pretty much all industries.

Our typical customer has 5-120 workstations and relies heavily on technology, such as email and other business applications, in their day to day operations. Most of our clients hire us to support their network because they do not want to incur the overhead and cost of full time IT staff and they do not want to burden their employees with the responsibility of troubleshooting the company network. However, we also have packaged and customized services to compliment internal IT staff.
